As some of you know I’m on a slow build of a Ron Sands Fokker Dr1 Triplane. I am looking for a pair of Replica Spandau 08/15 machine guns that I can add propane firing option to. I’ve asked over at the Aerodrome and seems like there use to be a fella that made them but not anymore. These will be mounted on the flying plane so need to be sturdy and capable of propane firing. Has anyone been down this road or have any leads to someone who might be able to take on a project like this?

On project update I hope to pick up my completed spars this spring/summer. And I have the ribs all ready from a source over in Germany. So I have a good start on my dream project. This is a back burner project to the Starduster Too restoration but I am trying to acquire parts and pieces so when I’m done with Starduster Too I will have a head start. AND my two sons keep insisting we NEED the propane machine guns NOW ;-)
