I am fabricating my slave strut brackets from .125 4130 and I am using spherical bearings. I see several types, of course, bronze, SS, etc. but I see that the PTFE or teflon lined have some charachteristics that I like, such as non-wetting, self lubricating, etc and still have high load capabilities. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with PTFE lined bearings and any preferences for/against.
Thanks
Dave
