I'm trying to find a spinner to fit my airframe, engine and prop combination....and unfortunately I'm not having much luck so far.
Engine is a 220hp Franklin with a Hartzel constant speed prop.
I've contacted Hartzel and spoke with Rolf to get the travel of the prop counterweight arms.
The issue that I'm having is that nobody can tell me if the arms will clear the inside of the spinners that they are selling.
I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction with the numbers that I have.

1. Backspace from front of prop flange to cowling is one inch.
2. Center of prop flange to top of cowling is approximately 6 1/2 inches which should allow a 12 inch spinner.
3. Width of prop counterweight arms is approximately 11 inches and should fit in a 12 inch spinner.
4. Counterweight arms are approximately 7 inches total length including prop thickness and have a maximum travel of 28° which should be right at 2 5/8 inches of travel...if my math is correct.

The prop and engine are covered to keep debris out of the oil passages but I'll include some pics to possibly help visualize the measurements.

Kevin
