Purchased a Starduster TOO. It was built between '70 and '74.The build manual says it is built for inverted flight, but there is no inverted oil. It has a pressure carb, mechanical and wobble pump but no flop tube in the tank. Is there a flop tube in the bottom chamber of the fuel tank or does it trap fuel in that chamber for inverted flight?
