Posted this on the AS&S forum, got no responses, so I'll try here.

Ok you Starduster One owners, does your plane have an inspection plate on the lower leading edge right next to the inboard end of one of the top wings? This would be to install/inspect the bolts that go through the spar and wing to wing joining plates.

The "other" top wing would have the plates and bolts installed prior to covering, so probably wouldn't have an inspection plate.
