I have several of the small Starduster patches that Aircraft Spruce sells. I've attached them to several hats and a few golf/polo type shirts. Many years ago I came across the attached photo of a BIG Starduster patch on the back of a really nice looking leather jacket. And of course, wished I had one... or several....
So !! I've checked with several local embroidery places and ended up going on line to get a quote. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on getting a dozen of these patches made up. I'm gonna want at least 2, maybe more. Cost seems reasonable & affordable to me for a really big patch, at $38.00 each. They would measure 12" across and about 7" high.
If any of you Starduster Guys... or Ladies... might be interested in having one of these large patches let me know. I think one would look good framed and hanging on the wall too.
