Located in Southern California, Fallbrook (L18).
Fuselage includes: Finished and Powder-coated fuselage with accessories; jackscrew trim, rudder pedals, all push/pull tube controls. All mount tabs welded on. Tail feathers including rudder, vert stab, horizontal stab, elevators (covered, need silver), control cables are rigged. Composite turtledeck and baggage compartment. Finished composite fuse fuel tank with rotating sight gauge. Gear is the revised "tall" version and updated truss with Cleveland 5.00x5 wheels, brakes. Engine mount for Lycoming O290 or 320. Finished SS Firewall. Windshield.
Wings: Lower wings are built, with ailerons, but need some refurbishment. No upper wing, but includes rib jig and capstrip materials for upper wing. Interplane struts included (need cleanup and paint/powder coat).
Does not include: Tailwheel, Flying Wires, any instruments or avionics.
This would be a great 75% starting point for someone interested in a single-seat sport biplane. All welds and composite work have been inspected by a local A&P. No build logs (project has changed hands several times), project has not flown, no previous N# or dataplate. Includes full set of plans with Serial #.
