    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Anyone just starting to build a Starduster Too may be interested in this.

A fellow who knows I have a Starduster Too called me up and said he had to clean out his garage and did I want some parts. I went to have a look and it turns out he and his brother started to built a Too in the late 60's. His brother, the primary builder, got transferred elsewhere and they stopped the project, never to be resumed. They had ordered the wing kits from the Starduster Corporation and partially assembled one wing, one aileron and the centre section. The kits where put away and kept in a heated garage ever since. I said I didn't want them but I could probably find a good home for them, so I brought everything home to my hangar to sort out.

All the wood looks to be in good shape. Some metal brackets have some surface corrosion but most look like new. See the attached photos.

These are free to anyone who wants to pick them up. I could ship if reimbursed for packaging and shipping. Location is Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

PM me if you would like to call and discuss.
