Steen vs. Wolf

I notice that Steen makes an S-1SS wing that incorporates the Super Stinker ailerons.

Any insight into the differences between the Wolfpitts wing and this one? It seems like there must be a reason that Wolf wants $30k+ while the Steen model is $17k.
