At the risk of being exposed as the idiot that I actually am.....I have to ask this question. Many folks talk about how the Pitts is a bit cramped in the cockpit area. I know I would love some additional room in the older short fuse model I am rebuilding. Has anyone ever stretched one? I know broken longerons get repaired/spliced. Has it been done ? Inquiring minds want to know...And yes I know this is a stupid question, hence the title of the thread, but it's early and I haven't had my coffee yet.
