Tapered Rod Gear Jacking Point

For those with rod gear, what method do you use for jacking up for a tire change?

Browsing the web for RV/F1Rocket ideas, I have so far come across:

-hose clamp as a hard point near the bottom of the leg
-2 bottle jacks placed under the engine mount
-bottle jack(s) placed under wing hard points
