    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Welding on the fuselage tonight. Not a difficult weld, just difficult to get to. Everything clamped up, chair in place, pedal in place, head with welding helmet snaked through one open space, right arm and torch through another hole, left arm and filler rod through another. Took a lot to get here! Press pedal....nothing! Duh, Forgot to turn the welder on. Hopefully I'm not the only one who's ever done this. Maybe this long, long winter really is making me crazy!
