Questions on Sporstsman rules;

Thinking of participating in the US Nationals as it just up the road to me , well in geographical terms anyway. I have participated in contests under FAI/CIVA rules before but never in a US competition. So I have the following questions about competing in sportsman under IAC rules

1- The starting sequence wing wag.Are you permitted to do the three wing wags in a dive then level off to start the sequence?

2- Are rolls directional? Meaning can you chose if you want to roll to the left or right?

3- Are you penalized for doing the known sequence as your free?

4- How many times do you fly,is there an unknown sequence in sportsman?
