torquing engine bolts on 0-360?

What is the secret to torquing the engine MOUNT bolts/nuts on an Lyc 360? I can barely get a wrench on the nuts and the top left nut looks impossible to tighten without taking off the pushrod tube. Is there a special socket or wrench for these?
