For the elevator trim tabs, how are the hinges attached, was going to use #8 platenuts, any better methods? Also, on the Steen website (images 01014 through 0109 in the construction photos) there are pictures of the trim horn formed with a full length piece that I assume forms the bottom of the trim tab or is attached to it? Anybody use this type of arrangement and pictures of what a completed trim tab looks like. The plans show a horn welded on or held on with screws and platenuts (not pop rivets!)
