In 2017, in my Pitts S-1E, I installed four Tyco W31 breaker switches for things like avionics and instruments. In the last 6 weeks, or so, two of those switches have failed: Their toggle levers just broke off. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there a more reliable brand for breaker switches?

Here is a link to these breaker switches at Aircraft Spruce: Tyco Circuit Breaker W31 Series | Aircraft Spruce
