Ultimate fuel tank or fabricator

Does anyone know who if anyone is still producing ultimate fuel tanks? I finally pulled mine to replace the flop tube and there is a huge crack internally in the header tank.

Another option would be if anyone knows of a good aluminum fabricator or fuel tank specialist.

This bad flop tube has pretty much turned into a new fuel system.
