Used Pitts S1S + Wolfpitts Mods

Hello,

Considering aerobatic aircraft options and looking at used Pitts S1S aircraft. Looking for opinions on how practical it would be to purchase a 1980's Pitts S1S then replacing the wings with Wolfpitts wings pre-covered, as well as replace the tail group with Wolfpitts empennage.

Are these mods basically bolt on? How many hours would you estimate a project like this to take?
