Weight & Balance and Airspeeds

Hi All. My CB-1 came without much documentation. I have a weight & balance but nothing that shows the forward and aft limits. My W&B shows a Gross Weight of 1700. What do you use? Is there a structural limit for individual seat weight limits? I suspect there is some variances from build differences, but can someone give me some general parameters?

I'm also looking for the "important" airspeeds. I'm using 60kt as climb-out and over the fence speeds but it would be nice to know Best Glide, Best Climb, Best Angle.
