ThoughtI would run this past those on the forum and get some opinions.
Hydrogen cracking? hot weld stress crack?
It is a little hard to see from the pic but the area could potentially be slightly undercut.


This has not happened in service as it is on a new doubler plate on the bottomrear wing attach fitting.


Idont know if it occured as the weld cooled or over a time period after.


What do you think is the best repair method here?
