What’s the best, cheap, light ELT

I need to install a ELT in my Aeronca 65-TC. I’d like one I could mount under seat etc so I could have access to it in flight and therefor not have to install a remote switch somewhere. What’s the best, cheap ELT now days? I’d prefer one thy uses regular batteries not some exotic $200 battery you have to throw away every 2 years.
