    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).

As a Pitt's guy interested in building something at some point, but with no experience whatsoever, I was very intrigued this morning when I went to visit a friend at his hangar. Hanging on the wall were four completed wings (no covering) and a completed fuse (steel only) for a Starduster II. They are for sale, but the asking price is crazy high. Assuming everything is in good condition and assembled/welded/cared for correctly, what's it all worth? Includes all welded steel components for the aircraft less motor mount. Any thoughts???
Thanks,
Forrest
