Hello All,

I have a SA-300 with a supposed empty weight of 1,206 lbs. (I have not weighed it). 1280HD bungies were installed by me a couple of years ago, and seem stiff as hell. I am considering softening it a little. Should I mix it up with two 1280s? Or replace all four existing 1280HDs with 1280s? Or just live with it the way it is?

It had 20+ year old bungies installed when I purchased it, and flew several times with them. Very soft landings! Not so now.

Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom,

Steve
