Hello again all. Since I'm finally done with school, i now have time once again to work on my project! I have just finished todays work; hand sanding the gussets for the top wing ribs. My question to you is (while I realize they are just gussets), how exact do these things need to be? I am getting pretty d@$n close...but i want to make sure it is ok as is. It is tedious hand sanding, and i just want to make sure Im not getting lazy on myself! :). Id say the gussets have maybe 1/16" variation between them in lengths if sides. But all angles are spot on.
Sorry if this is a ridiculous question...

Thanx everyone! Couldn't get past GUSSETS without you!! :D
