To the Forum: Thank you for the response on the spar topic. Been scanning the Internet for info on structure/ spar failure of homebuilt aircraft, there are some but not too many. One I read was about a FlyBaby wing failure , probable cause was wood rot due to not having adequate drainage in the wing. The other was a Zenair (actually several ) having wing failures due to flutter. Thanks again
<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />Decision making time. Delta VS Standard Skybolt? Putting aside Steen Aero Lab’s information. As far as the wings / wing tank and ease of building I would greatly appreciate input from some actual builders out there of the Delta and Standard Skybolt and their reason of choice. Any anticipation of performance changes in the aircraft. Plans / modifications can be drawn up and given all kinds of praise however the true test is with actual application, building and flying thank you tim
