    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

We had a very beautiful mid October morning so had to take advantage it and go for a flight in my Starduster. This time of year you never know when the weather may turn and no more flying till spring! As I was taxiing out I heard my neighbor on the radio out in his Cessna Cardinal so we joined up for some formation. We were at 3500' and he reported his OAT was showing 78*F! Just some cell phone pics but turned out pretty good.
