I have the following:
Grove axels
Cleveland wheel and brake assemblies
One good Goodyear tire. The second has a cut in the sidewall circled in white. That tire will be included and will work during a build to roll the plane around.
Two tubes.
Everything except one caliper appears to be new.
There is one caliper spacer missing. These were on my project when I bought it.
