Wing inspected every annual condition inspection. No serious acro with this Hiperbipe by the original builder or myself. I’m the 2nd owner. Rolls and inverted. I never bought a chute for the Hiperbipe. My Skybolt seat pan chutes wouldn’t work.
More pics and logbooks available on request.
Original owner did have a ground loop incident. He repaired the lower RH wing (lower skin) and aileron. Carl was an A&P/IA and the Chief Engineer for the Northrop Corp when he retired and the original builder. He built several other EA-B aircraft including a Woody Pusher. He flew this Hiperbipe to Oshkosh several times from Lompoc Ca.
It’s been an honor to be the caretaker for 5 years. I always wanted to experience the Hiperbipe. Now it’s time for another caretaker.
