Greetings people,
A few years ago while searching for a Skybolt project I came across an Acroduster Too which was having the IO-360 changed to an IO-540 with constant speed prop. I did not give the plane much attention at the time.
The owner who was changing the engine did not build the aircraft but said the builder used factory supplied fuse and wing / wing kits?.
The engine change was never completed and after sitting around a few years aircraft is now for sale.
I will be travelling 300 miles to have another look at this aircraft shortly and would appreciate an education before hand from anyone with experience with the type.I read on this forum that the IO-540 versions had the top wing moved forward a few inches............
Questions:.....
What points should I be looking out for?Between Acroduster Too and same engined Skybolt which aircraft would most average acro people choose and why?
Thanks.J'ean
