aileron not even - plane flies straight

Guys i need some advise

The ailerons on my bipe are not even, left aileron down 3/8 right aileron up 3/8, the plane flies fairly straight with a little tendency to roll to the left..kind of add since my left aileron flies down.

Any suggestions ?
