What sort of blackmagic does it take to properly start a PS5! Previously only hot starts were an issue but now we're having issues with cold starts as well.

I've had luck in the past starting it similar to a small continental with an accelerator pump, using two pumps of throttle then bring it back to just off the stop and crank without using the boost pump.

It is extremely quick to flood and start dripping fuel out of the airbox. I'm wondering if there is something internal exacerbating these issues that needs addressed? It has the new red seals and was overhauled roughly 10 years ago but sat for the last 2-3 years before I purchased in February. Fuel pressure while cranking with and without boost pump is averaging 5psi.

Any tips on starting both cold and hot are appreciated before sending it off for overhaul
