Using a standard DC 13.4.
Tried earplugs AND the DC but then I can't hear the radio even turned up.

Anything better to recommend?
Two points:
-I'd love a helmet (Bonehead PilotX looks awesome) but they are pricey and I'm not sure about the ANR in them. CEP most likely won't fit my tiny ear canals...in-ear buds don't work for me usually.
-Bose A20 any help or does the ANR get overwhelmed?
