Canopy Scratches

While my wings have been get recovered I have had my canopy and windshield in my garage. It seems they have gotten these weird Knicks in them.
I have used Plastx, polishing brush, and a heat gun.
I am clueless to what they are and could be as they were not there before I removed the canopy.
They have a edging to them like their a scratch but I am not able to buff them out.
