I'm trying to form PVC core material for my Skybolt side panels. Specs say 200* air for 10 mins with the center temp being 175*.
I have tried 500W halogen lights, hot water, 2 heat guns. So far all I've accomplished is overheating/charring one end of a block. Currently using a 30x32x8 inch box made from 2" Styrofoam insulation.
Anyone have suggestions on heating?

edit: I forgot, this is 1" thick PVC core. Trade name Divinyacore.
