    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).

I have a one off design and just replaced my landing gear and would like to know how the optimal deck angle is determined to make adjustments. From what I can find, people are saying 9+ degrees measured at the longeron.
Shouldn't it be determined by the angle of incidence of the wings?
Does it affect the landing speed for a 3 point?
I was basically looking at the sky while taxiing and wouldn't mind bringing it a little lower
