Here is a picture of my engine stand I built over the last week.

Used 3/4" pipe from Home Depot type store. Long members were 24". Shorter stubs were 1-1/2" and 2" (I think).

Had to grind off threads and weld five of the joints. It sure would be slick to have right and left handed threaded pipe ends. :p. Tig welded the base plates (1/8" x 3" x 36") to the base of the tees and elbows. This worked surprisingly well.

Cost for the pipe was about $60. Wheels (Harbor Freight) $20. Paint $7. The two 1/4" aluminum plates I had laying around.

I'm hoping to have something to mount onto this late Friday. :D

I do believe I have a winter project . More (maybe) this weekend.
