I have a recently reworked PS5C. Work was preformed by Aircraft Carburetor and Injection services of Texas in April of 2023. I do not believe it was an overhaul but a seal and diaphragm replacement from sitting for a period of time dry. It was flown about 5 hours before I purchased the airplane. Work totaled $2,727.
When I spoke to a few different pressure carb OH shops today they mentioned that the only company who was making the carb diaphragms is no long producing them so this would be a fantastic back up unit for somebody with one.
I did not fly or run the airplane when I got it as a project so it will be sold as is. The Pitts style air box will not be included.
$1,200 OBO. It’s hard to put a price on these things so make me an offer.
