Front horizontal strut

Hey guys I have a factory built s1s it has bout 850 hrs on it and it does not have the front horizontal stabilizer strut on it. Im redoing the fabric but dont no if i should worry bout making a strut for it, it is certified so would have to go through a 337 and maybe even more issues dont no but just wondered what anyone may think or advise me to do. I no there is no service bullitin for the s1s on this matter just seen some experimentals with the strut on it, do u think Ill be fine without it or should i take the time now to do something
