Fuselage Covering

Smart People,

I am getting ready to cover my Pitts S1S fuselage. Before I make a total disaster of it I am looking for the approved solution(s) for doing it right.

In addition to general guidance I have these specific questions:

1. How do I get the elevator horn inside the fuselage after covering?

2. How do I prevent "junk" from accumulating at the tail end of the turtle deck in between the deck and the fabric?

3. Where are the best points to glue the fabric in the cockpit/turtle deck area?
