Hey all,

So from my user name and previous posts I was interested in building a skybolt (the culp special specifically). I was talking with a friend of myne about skybolts and other nostalgic biplanes when he casualy mentioned that he had a partially completed starduster in the hanger if I was interested. I did some reading about the starduster and came to the conclusion that it would make a nice project.

While I was discussing the project with him I made a deal on a Jacobs radial to power it. I know they are very heavy for the power but with fuel injection and other upgrades they can put out over 300hp easily. The question I have for the forums is "what is the definitive guide to putting a radial engine on a starduster?" I have read Jerry's site end to end and found it to be a very valuable resource. Any direction or suggestions are most welcome.

Cheers,
Adam
