Lets talk about tire sizes (not exactly FWF, but no other forum category seems better)

I'd like to have bigger diameter tires for 6" hubs without getting wider and heavier.

I see that McCreary has a couple of sizes -- MC700-6-6 and MC800-6-6. I have not been able to find any actual size data, despite writing to two sellers of these sizes. The written description implies that they are large diameter, narrow tires. One might fairly infer from the size i.d. that they are the diameter of the 700x6.00 and 800x6.0, respectively, but the width of the 600x6 ????? If that were so, I would be interested. I'm not going to buy a set just to find out though. Anybody know anything about these?
