    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).

I am a new Starduster 100 owner and have only flown it a couple of times. Spring is slowly making its way into New England. I have a rather generic headset I was given. Probably pretty old. When I transmit there's an overwhelming amount of background noise making me unreadable I'm sure. Before I invest in an up to date headset does anyone have suggestions. I've put a muff on the mike and just made a leather jacket I was going to try????

Thanks

Frank
