I am looking at purchasing a Christian Eagle II. Plane hasn't been flown in over 10 years, but I have a friend that is going through the annual. I have 2 concerns:

1. Plane has no log books. What kind of value would you put on a Christian Eagle II built in 1985 with no log books.

2. It has a IO-360 A1A mounted on it. The engine was manufactured in 1974 and was originally on a Mooney. Good compressions, but the A1A doesn't have the beefier crank. I'm not too concern with it, since I will not be competing, but what does it do to the value of the plane.

Thanks for your help.

Sam
