This last time I reattached the cowl to our Eagle, I noticed that the washers for the upper bolts fastening the oil cooler to the cowl are have worn through the fiberglass of the cowl. You can now see two slits of light when looking from the inside of the cowl.

We're discussing different options for fixes, but I was wondering if anyone else out there has run across this and what your repair of choice was.
