PITTS LANDING GEAR

I have a friend who is building a Pitts single place. He is building it with RV rod (RV 3?) type landing gear attached to the motor mount. He is asking what the Toe-in / Toe-out should be set at. This type of gear is pretty springy and I understand that it moves even while taxing. What do you all say it should be set at ? He is ready to do final welding to the mount where it is attached.
