Hey there -

During my condition inspection I pulled the inspection plates underneath the lower wings and examined the movement of the aileron bellcranks. I am seeing excessive play on the right side, none on the left side. The bolt appears to be rocking in the bellcrank fittings. I assume these can be reamed and bushed to the correct bolt dimensions for a tighter fit. Can anyone tell me what the bolt size is (I don't have it out yet) and what bushings I might be looking at for this job? Any other advice on this job?

Thanks...close to flying again, just in time for the good weather!
