Could someone point me to a document number or a source for engineering material strength data for plywood?

I need to compare birch/poplar 1/16" 3ply to mahogany/poplar 1/16" 3 ply.

The only info I can find is weight (and of course cost). Full sheet birch is 7 lbs. and full sheet mahogany is 6 lbs.

Thanks,

David
