After researching some threads on reamers , it seems some builders have had issues with the holes being too tight . I have an issue going the other way . I predrilled then reamed some holes ( 1/4 inch ) in .090 4130 steel for my Wing Attach Fittings and MY Holes are too loose ...??? The bolt falls in and there is ' wiggle room ' in the hole . My reamers were purchased from Grizzly ..maybe NOT made to close enough tolerances ?
I even tried predrilling with different sizes of bits , no difference .
Anyone else have this come up ?
