Hi all,

I've been unable to contact sky dynamics about checking for normal installation/operation of an early design swivel oil pickup, so I hope to throw some questions that you might be able to help me with.

- How do I best test the oil pickup? Should the internal seals prevent any air leaks so the oil draw is solid, or not critical?
- There doesn't seem to be any screen on the pickup apart from large bore holes on the sides of the inner tube. Is that normal?
- How free should the swivel be (how much end play should the castle nut allow, say 30thou)?
- Bonus question, is the cold air manifold as in the picture worth keeping (and feeding with scat hosed fresh air) or is it better to leave it off?

Any tips greatly appreciated.
