A friend has obtained the remains of a Starduster II that ran out of fuel on take off (amazingly no one was seriously hurt). As is often the case, most of the damage was caused post crash. However, there are lots of undamaged parts left. Including, for instance, the center section with fuel tank, most if not all of the flying wires, the tail section, etc. The engine is an O-340, now with a broken crank. So probably no parts there. I've included two pictures for example. I'm posting this because it may be an opportunity for someone who is building to get ready made parts. If no one is interested the parts will be put in storage until other projects are finished and it may be restored - or not. I know the forum rules require prices, hopefully you'll forgive me this time because I and/or the owner have no idea if any of this will interest anyone.

If someone can use some of the parts, then some good may come of this after all.

Please be careful out there (and I'll do the same!),
E
